A $50 pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card at 4:00 PM one day before arrival. Reservations with unsuccessful authorizations will be canceled.
Reservation Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to complete your reservation booking. Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay.
Please note that a $100 authorization will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before arrival to validate it. You will be notified if the credit card needs to be replaced. We will cancel reservations with unsuccessful authorizations.
Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival, by 4:00 PM. Cancellations, changes after this time, or no-shows will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax.
No show: If guest does not arrive by Midnight 12am, 100% of first 1 night will be charged
Pets: We gladly welcome guests traveling with small dogs (no cats allowed) and comply with ADA service animals. Limited pet rooms are available; you must call hotel reservations in advance. All guests must register their dog upon check-in. We allow (2) dogs per stay, each no larger than 35 lbs. Guests must not leave dogs unattended in the room or any other location in the hotel. $30 fee per night, per pet, which is non-refundable.
Vehicle Registration: Convenient onsite parking available at $25+tax= $27.50 per night per vehicle with EV charging stations available. Limited to 1 parking pass per room reserved. Clearance is 7′-0”, no vans, over-sized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles permitted.
No Smoking: Hotel public areas and all guestrooms are non-smoking. A $250 fee will apply if policy violated. In case of smoking and/or noise complaints, hotel reserves the right to proceed with an early check out without refund in addition to incidental charges.
Money and any other valuable items brought to Hotel Mariposa is at guest’s sole risk. Hotel Mariposa, and staff accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage items therefore guests remain solely responsible for their belongings
