Check-in Requirements: Government-issued photo identification, and a valid bank issued credit card are required upon check in. Incidental deposit of $100 USD, along with room and tax charges will apply. We comply with California Civil Code Section 1865 (1)(d)
Payment: We are a cashless hotel and accept credit card payments only -Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, China Union Pay
A $100 authorization will be placed on your credit card at 4:00 PM one day before arrival. Reservations with unsuccessful authorizations will be canceled.
Check in time is 3pm, Check out time is 11am: All reservation checkout date modifications must be made before the checkout time
Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival, by 4:00 PM. A $100 authorization will be placed on your credit card at 4:00 PM one day before arrival. Reservations with unsuccessful authorizations will be canceled. Cancellations, changes after this time, or no-shows will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax.
No show: If guest does not arrive by Midnight 12am, 100% of first 1 night will be charged
Pets: We gladly welcome guests traveling with small dogs, and we comply with ADA service animals. Limited pet rooms available, must call hotel reservations in advance. All guests must register their dog upon check-in. We allow (1) dog per stay, no larger than 40 lbs. Guests shall not leave dogs unattended in the room or any other location in the hotel. $30 fee per night, non-refundable
Vehicle Registration: Convenient onsite parking available at $25+tax= $27.50 per night per vehicle with EV charging stations available. Limited to 1 parking pass per room reserved. No over-sized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles permitted
No Smoking: Hotel public areas and all guestrooms are non-smoking. A $250 fee will apply if policy violated. In case of smoking and/or noise complaints, hotel reserves the right to proceed with an early check out without refund in addition to incidental charges.
Money and any other valuable items brought to Hotel Mariposa is at guest’s sole risk. Hotel Mariposa, and staff accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage items therefore guests remain solely responsible for their belongings
